Premier fund is a special-purpose joint stock company for securitization of real estate. Pursuant to the articles of the Premier Fund REIT, the investment objectives set by the Company are as follows: – preservation and increase of the value of the investments of the shareholders and realization of profitability through risk distribution and diversification of the real estate portfolio;
– investing in real estates (buildings and land) on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, through a servicing company, will exploit the acquired properties by renting, renting or selling them or performing construction and improvements;
– maintaining and increasing the market price of the Company’s shares through the active management of a portfolio of real estate, securities and other financial assets and free cash, subject to the investment restrictions laid down in the law and the Articles of Association of the Company;
– providing income to shareholders in the form of a cash dividend;
– realization of profit from the difference in the value of the properties upon acquisition and sale;
– providing liquidity to the shareholders of the Company by registering the shares of Premier Fund REIT for trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia AD;
– Make the necessary capital increases, including to ensure the structuring of a balanced portfolio of real estate.
