On 29 September 2006 the Board of Directors of Premier Fund decided to increase the capital of the company by BGN 16 250 000. By letter of 9 October 2006, the Financial Supervision Commission approved the announcement of a public offer. The manager of the issue was IP Bulex Invest. The capital increase ended unsuccessfully.
