Premier Fund was set up with a capital of BGN 500,000. The mandatory increase of the capital up to BGN 650 000 under the Special Investment Firms Act was successfully completed on 23 June 2006 and all rights were sold at a price of BGN 0.60 per share as of the first auction on 17 May 2006. On 28 September 2006 the Board of Directors of Premier Fund REIT decided to increase the capital of the company by BGN 16,250,000 to BGN 16,900,000, which ended unsuccessfully.
